STUDIO POLICY

Class Cancellation Policy:

Late Cancels: Cancel a class 4 hours before to avoid a Late Cancellation Fee.
Late Cancellation Fee: $6
No Show Fee: $12
Private Sessions: Require a 24-hour cancellation notice, or a $50.00 late fee will be charged.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS AND HOLDS:

To cancel a membership, clients must give 30 days advance notice.

A cancellation form must be filled out and signed in person or through email. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the final payment on the final payment date. Memberships are permitted a one-time freeze of up to 3 months per year.

A $30.00 fee will apply for any additional freezes within the same year.

How the Waitlist Works:

To take a full class, join the waitlist. If/when a cancellation occurs, the waitlist will automatically add members to the class in the order they were placed on the waitlist. A notification through the app or email will notify members if they have been moved from the waitlist into the class.

Members will not be added to the waitlist after 10 p.m. for 5:15 and 6:15 a.m. classes.

Classes and Membership:

Not eligible for transfer, exchange, price adjustment, or refund.

Existing members are not eligible for future pricing changes or sales on memberships.

Class Requirements:

● Grippy socks are required for class and are available for purchase in the boutique.
● New Clients should arrive 15 minutes early for a mandatory rundown of our VP Xmachine.
● Voltage Power Studio does not accept personal checks.
● Instructors are subject to change without notice.
● Members should keep cell phones in the lobby cubbies during class.

Reservations:

It is requested that members not reserve a spot in two classes back-to-back on the same day.
